keeping humans alive for millenia.

Unfortunately, our bodies

don't always know the difference between a bear and a boss.

 

If we're not fully addressing our

stressors + patterns,

we're no longer evolving,

we're revolving,

and our nervous system's constant vigilance keeps it all stuck in the body—

down to our cells.

So what's the good news?

 

Mind-body research and

"the science of stress"

has exploded since the pandemic.

There is a wealth of information out there, and I'm dedicated to guiding others to the very tools that have

helped me heal along the way:
